The Challenge
Therapy staffing shortages were impacting care delivery across 65 hospitals within six major healthcare systems. Many locations, especially rural hospitals, struggled to recruit licensed professionals for critical rehab roles including PT, OT, SLP, PTA, and COTA. Internal teams lacked the bandwidth and tools to scale outreach effectively. The health systems needed a centralized, flexible healthcare staffing solution that could integrate into their TA workflows, expand candidate reach, and deliver qualified allied health professionals without relying on contingent staffing agencies.
Our Approach
To support large-scale therapy recruitment across urban and rural markets, we implemented a centralized allied health sourcing strategy, powered by embedded sourcers, automated outreach, and a proprietary database of 60,000+ licensed therapy professionals.

Seven dedicated sourcers across six health systems enabled coordinated coverage and strategic role prioritization. We delivered licensed candidates for physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and assistant-level roles.
