The Challenge

Therapy staffing shortages were impacting care delivery across 65 hospitals within six major healthcare systems. Many locations, especially rural hospitals, struggled to recruit licensed professionals for critical rehab roles including PT, OT, SLP, PTA, and COTA. Internal teams lacked the bandwidth and tools to scale outreach effectively. The health systems needed a centralized, flexible healthcare staffing solution that could integrate into their TA workflows, expand candidate reach, and deliver qualified allied health professionals without relying on contingent staffing agencies.

 

Our Approach

To support large-scale therapy recruitment across urban and rural markets, we implemented a centralized allied health sourcing strategy, powered by embedded sourcers, automated outreach, and a proprietary database of 60,000+ licensed therapy professionals.

Centralized Allied Health Sourcing

Seven dedicated sourcers across six health systems enabled coordinated coverage and strategic role prioritization. We delivered licensed candidates for physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and assistant-level roles.

 

Data-Driven Outreach at Scale

Using CRM-driven campaigns, automated workflows, and high-volume engagement tools, our team maintained consistent candidate flow across inpatient and outpatient settings, customized for each market’s needs.

We worked in lockstep with each client’s TA team, aligning sourcing strategy, reporting cadence, and outreach tone to reflect employer brand while delivering scalable, flexible staffing solutions across the allied health spectrum.

Across 65 hospitals and six health systems, eHospitalHire filled 104 therapy roles, including PTs, OTs, SLPs, PTAs, and COTAs, in high-need areas, many of them rural. Our embedded sourcing model delivered consistent, high-quality candidate flow while aligning with each client’s hiring priorities and internal workflows. With a database of over 60,000 licensed therapy professionals and a team of seven dedicated sourcers, we reduced time-to-fill, strengthened care continuity, and helped organizations bypass the cost of traditional staffing agencies.
