Gina Fotopoulos serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at eHospitalHire, where she’s been proud to grow alongside the organization since 2014. With a background in healthcare recruitment and human resources, Gina brings a collaborative and people-centered approach to her work, helping teams connect with skilled professionals who make a difference in patient care.
Over the years, she has supported a wide range of hiring needs—from frontline clinical roles to nursing leadership—and values building lasting relationships with both candidates and clients. Her experience includes time spent recruiting for large health systems like Mount Sinai, where she helped place key nursing leaders and contributed to cost-saving initiatives.
Gina holds a B.S. in Business and Math from Fordham University and is fluent in Spanish. She’s committed to continuous learning and takes pride in supporting her team and clients with care, integrity, and purpose.

I help stakeholders take a broader view of what it means to transform HR and become a High Impact HR organization. This encompasses not only improving HR processes and organizational structure – a valuable effort in its own right – but also looking strategically at how HR can better support business needs and create value for the organization. Often this involves the use of enabling (increasingly cloud-based) technologies, employee engagement tools, advanced workforce planning and analytics that provide insight into what lies ahead.
It’s a powerful combination to be able to drive alignment with the business, improve organizational and HR performance and establish a culture focused on adding business value. That is what the new generation of HR Transformation is all about.

Talent Operations Manager
Sheila Gleason joined eHospitalHire in 2019 as a Recruitment Assistant and quickly grew into roles as a Sourcer and Recruiter, contributing to a range of high-impact projects. In 2022, she returned to the corporate team as a Talent Operations Supervisor and now serves as Talent Operations Manager.
In her current role, Sheila leads the behind-the-scenes operations that keep eHospitalHire running smoothly. She manages our technology systems, supports data and reporting needs, contributes to budget planning, and plays a key role in training and development.

Based in Dallas, Texas and with over 17 years of experience, Brittnee brings a wealth of experience in talent acquisition and business development, focusing on delivering tailored staffing solutions to healthcare organizations nationwide.
