Having worked her way up through the trenches of corporate and hospital recruitment, Erin founded eHH in 2003. As a true innovator in the healthcare recruitment industry, Erin has grown the company from a sole proprietorship to leading a group of more than 20 seasoned recruiters and sourcers. She has broken traditional agency molds of commissions for hire and developed sustainable, successful recruitment solutions for both eHH and its client hospitals. The eHospitalHire recruitment team acts as an extension of a hospital’s own team to meet the high demands and unique challenges in healthcare recruitment. In addition to the services side, Erin has taken eHH’s first sourcing product, SourceLync, set to launch early 2018, from concept to market. Image of Emily, a recruiter on the eHospitalHire teamEmily brings twelve years of recruitment experience to eHospitalHire. She has worked in a wide range of industries filling permanent placement positions, but her passion is with healthcare. Emily excels at establishing strong relationships with her clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. Her initiative and creative thinking help maintain those relationships long term. In addition, Emily’s positive attitude and enthusiasm make her a pleasure to work with. Emily has provided us with both sourcing and full cycle services over the past five years. Emily recently successfully completed a project focused on mid-level recruitment for the #16 hospital in the US. Next up, Emily will be focused on nurse recruitment in a geographically challenging, hospital saturated region.

She has over 20 years full life cycle recruitment experience across a broad range of industries including telecom, healthcare, technology, and financial. She has extensive experience building relationships with both her clients and applicants. She specializes in developing strategic sourcing plans to find the qualified applicants that not only match our clients’ skill sets, but also their culture. Kathleen has been successful providing onsite and virtual full cycle recruitment services as well as sourcing on higher level, sophisticated searches. Our only problem with Kathleen is that all of our clients want to hire her! Currently, Kathleen is partnered with a major healthcare system as a full cycle recruiter.

Elisha has a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling and got her start in the recruitment industry after spending four years as a geriatric social worker with an inpatient psychiatric facility. Elisha has a passion for recruiting quality physicians and clinical providers nationwide. Elisha successfully recruited a record number of psychiatrist in a tough market for one of our clients. During her tenure with eHH, she has transitioned into clinical sourcing. Elisha enjoys employing her sourcing tactics for difficult, needle in a haystack searches. Elisha is currently focused on sourcing mid-levels for a major healthcare system.

 

Michele January 2017 for eHH Michele lends 20+ years of recruiting expertise to eHospitalHire. She works with various recruiting methods/tools to identify talent for clients nationwide.  She offers 18 years in the healthcare information systems industry specifically, as well as 4+ years of hospital recruitment and sourcing support for nursing, allied health, and other hospital staff positions.  She has extensive IT experience with recruiting and identifying best in class, hard to fill, healthcare IT positions in Epic, Cerner, Meditech and more. Michele has an attention to detail that her clients truly appreciate. Give Michele a task or your most difficult reqs, and she will not stop until she is successful. Currently, Michele is managing a req load that includes Epic, Lab, and Allied positions for an eight hospital system.

With twelve years of recruitment experience and a passion for matchmaking, Gina is a strong member of our eHospitalHire team. Gina currently successfully manages a complex hospital recruitment project.  Focusing on executive, clinical leadership sourcing, Gina takes a lot of pride in saving our clients about a million dollars a year in search fees.

                                                                                                                

Amilya  joined the eHospitalHire recruitment team in April 2015 and brings over 17 years of recruitment experience to the eHospitalHire team. Having managed both high volume and hard to fill searches, her expertise extends across a broad range of industries including education, healthcare, banking, and finance. Amilya has been instrumental throughout the past two years assisting with sourcing for both high volume and extremely hard to fill roles for a prestigious healthcare system in NYC.  Amilya holds a BS in Accounting from Devry University. After finishing her degree and dabbling in accounting, Amilya felt drawn to a career where she could truly engage, problem solve, and feel accomplished on a daily basis. Amilya exudes a passion for recruiting and always rises to the challenge which is why her clients are so satisfied with her work.

 

Image of Sandra, a recruiter on the eHospitalHire teamSandra has twenty-five + years of experience as a talent acquisition professional in the healthcare industry as a senior recruiter  in healthcare systems in both permanent and  a long-term RPO contracts.  She has executed full life cycle recruitment for all levels of clinical and non-clinical roles including executive and C-suite positions. Sandra has also functioned as a HR Generalist, but Talent Acquisition is by far her favorite HR discipline!  She enjoys providing high-level support to her hiring managers in job design, strategic sourcing, candidate screening and evaluation, and on-boarding. Sandra also loves connecting with candidates, creating a positive first impression of the employer and developing a relationship that may lead to a hire in the present or future.  Her practical experience and industry knowledge enable her to acclimate quickly to various types of engagements. Most recently, Sandra has been supporting a prestigious school of medicine.

Kim begin her career as a military recruiter for the U.S. Marines. She has 8+ years of experience as a talent acquisition professional in the healthcare industry in roles such as Senior Recruiter, Talent Consultant and Senior Sourcer for both permanent and long-term RPO contracts. Kim has had the privilege of working with some of the top hospital systems in the nation gaining experience recruiting for clinical, allied health and leadership roles. Kim currently holds a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies from University of Texas at Arlington and will complete her Masters of Human Resources – Management and Development shortly from Amberton University.

Once exposed to HR and Recruitment, her passion for working with people grew and her career definitely leaned toward talent acquisition. She finds true enjoyment from matching the perfect candidates to their perfect career.  Now with 3 years of blended recruitment experience, she is a skilled sourcer and a confident full cycle recruiter. Melissa currently provides leadership sourcing to a major healthcare system in the Tulsa market. 

 

ANNE GRAEBNER_crop Anne has over seventeen years’ experience working in talent acquisition, but working with healthcare professionals is really her passion.  Anne enjoys creating strong and lasting relationships with hiring managers and candidates.  She also strives to create strategic sourcing plans in order to attract and hire the best and brightest candidates.  Anne worked for a large dialysis company for five years where she excelled as a senior clinical recruiter.  Anne has also spent time working as an HR Business Partner and Generalist.  Anne earned her Masters of Business Administration in order to increase her knowledge of the business side of Human Resources.

Most recently, Jackie has been focusing on nursing and allied health sourcing for a large, hospital recruitment team.
